Return & Refund Policy

Our Guarantee At ClearSlumber, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@clearslumber.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened or used nose strips cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@clearslumber.com
